This guy is doing an awesome job in enhancing the productivity with OneNote! There are a lot of great addins available and I am still thinking, why does Microsoft do not take this guy and put him into the OneNote team!
There are dozens of great addins, which are doing different jobs, my main addin is the „Gem for OneNote“-Addin that gives you five more menus with hundreds of very useful tools:
There are definitely too many options to explain here (Look for the detailed page ) and I do not have explored all of them, but I want to point out some of my favorites.
- Table of Contents: Very useful for creating an overview with links to each section and each page
- QR-Code: You can easily create a QR-Code for quick sharing your links
- Numbering Sections/Pages: So useful, when I create textbook-style content for my maths classes
- Sort Sections/Pages: If you have hundreds of lyrics of songs you want to order properly, you are happy that you do not have to do this manually!
So, compared to fee Onetastic the Gem for OneNote Addin costs 33$, but I have to say, that within one day you will „get back“ this money by being highly productive and save a lot of time! I really appreciate the workflow and although I am thinking that many features should be natively inbuilt into OneNote, I am gladly paying for this Addin!
